Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff support.
I faced significant issues with the room key. It took several attempts to access my room, and I had to haul my heavy luggage downstairs to get assistance. This was frustrating, especially after a long journey. I was surprised by the 100 Euro deposit requirement.

The friendly staff offered a room upgrade. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the central station, and the nearby supermarket was a bonus. The breakfast arrangement was confusing initially, as items had to be purchased individually from the market. Gaining access to the hotel required pressing a button for the front desk to open the door.

It was just a balanced option for a city holiday in Rotterdam with good value considering price it charged. The automatic front door was a bit tricky while carrying luggage but it added an unexpected fun twist to my entry. They can be confusing.
